Anima Effect: Appear deadly and fierce. Exudes aura of fear, which causes all opponents attempting to attack or oppose her (socially or physically) to suffer -1 external penalty on all attack rolls (Emotion, costs five WP to ignore for rest of scene). Additionally, anima slows all incoming attack, increasing DVs by 2. Finally, immune to all fear-based Emotion effects. Helps routing enemies in mass combat.

2 motes -> amplification up to 100 yards, +4 dice to make speeches to audience of more than three people.
5 motes -> damps out and interferes with all other sounds so that everyone within 100 yards can hear the wearer perfectly. Also prevents listeners from hearing other speakers who are more than five yards away (unless they use magic), and adds 2 additional dice to Presence rolls. People within 200 yards can still hear the wearer, but loud noises can drown out his voice.
