All surviving equipment and structures at the target belong to "DERP" mercenary company (Comstar register number 863). "DERP" mercenary company (Comstar register number 863) is responsible for transporting it's property off-planet.

The "DERP" mercenary company (Comstar register number 863) is responsible for it's own transportation.

Any disputes in the contract or it's interpretation are solved by an arbiter appointed by comstar.
