Don't allow the French to take Moscow with a small force! To ensure this, place a depot with 10I on Moscow early. Garrison all of your cities that are anywhere near the French advance path to Moscow. Delay the French with screen corps, harass them with your cossacks and keep your main armies out of striking distance. Your two (maybe three) armies should, once you are sure Moscow is the main target, meet there and offer battle. Be careful! Your objective is not to win the battle, but to escape with light losses.

Once La Grande Armee is in Moscow, screen them in. Let NONE escape Russia! Unfortunately, the French will likely use their double move to breach your line and run. Pursuit with reckless abandon! Don't allow the French to reset the double move! Attack, attack, attack! Go for their supply lines and don't allow your forces to be delayed.

This is a tough spot. You'll get some nice reinforcements early, but that's the only good news. Holding Madrid on turn 1 is possible, but after that, it gets increasingly difficult. You can stay in Madrid and forage or retreat slowly towards France.
