Excalibur järjestää pikkujoulut perjantaina 11.12. Konetalon saunalla. Ohjelmassa on perinteiseen tapaan rentoa illanviettoa muun muassa lautapelailun ja saunomisen merkeissä. Kerhon puolesta pikkujouluissa on piparkakku- ja glögitarjoilu, muuten OPM & OPM.

Pikkujoulut alkavat kello 17. Pikkujoulujen yhteydessä pidetään Excaliburin syyskokous alkaen kello 18. Kerhon jäsenet löytävät syyskokouksen kokouskutsun sähköpostistaan.

In English: Excalibur’s traditional christmas party will be held on Friday 11th December 2009 at the Konetalo sauna. Glögg and gingerbread will be served by the club, otherwise it’s “OPM & OPM” (bring your own towel and drinks).

The christmas party will begin at 5 PM. At 6 PM there will be a general assembly in which, among other things, the chairman and board for the year 2010 will be elected. The call for participation in the general assembly has been sent to club members via e-mail.
