(Winding Shoots)
Kiertävät taimet on tehty vihreästä jadesta ja vanhassa kasvi-demesnessä hitaasti kasvaneen hedelmäpuun ytimestä. Keskellä olevasta kädensijasta kasvaa päitä kohti taimia, jotka ovat aluksi vain tavallisia kaiverruksia, mutta käyttäjänsä animan kasvun myötä rupeavat ensi tuottamaan silmuja, sitten lehtiä ja lopulta irtoamaan itse jousen varresta. Voimat liittyvät kasvien muotoiluun ja niiden huojuntaan.

Attunement: A resonant user may reflexively cause the bow to stiffen and become a Wrackstaff (or from Wrackstaff back to Powerbow), once per turn. In Wood aura or with an elemental anima of Burning or higher, she may do this (Essence rating) or two times a turn, whichever is higher.

As the energies of growth thicken around Winding Shoots, leaves begin to stretch out from along it's length. When the wielder would be attacked, she encourages the leaves to burst out and protect her. After paying the cost, she gets Light Cover against that enemy for the rest of the battle. This charm may only protect from one enemy at a time.
Resonant: The charm may be effective against (Essence) enemies simultaneously.
Dissonant: The wielder must pay 1i for each attack after the first.

The archer whispers entrancing promises to Winding Shoots, encouraging the flowers to bloom. When the bowstring releases the arrow, small buds of flowers are entwined upon it. Upon striking the target, the buds puff out beguiling scents and glittering pollen, clinging to the target and causing confusion. The archer rolls Charisma + Survival with difficulty of the target's Stamina (GM: / and the target rolls Stamina + Integrity ?). On a success, the opponent takes -1 to their Resolve for the rest of the scene, or until they clean themselves.
Resonant: If the wielder of Winding Shoots gains 3 or more threshold successess, the target also gains -1 to all rolls until the end of their next turn. They may pay 1i to attempt to impose this penalty again on subsequent attacks.
