Eli tarkoitus on, että hahmot ovat Camarillassa suht kovia jätkiä, jotka ovat vuosissa noin 30-100 vuotiaita ja generaatioltaan 9-12. hahmon taustoista pidetään sitten vaikka juttutuokia pelinjohtajan kanssa. Hahmon taustoja miettiessä olisi siihen hyvä sisällyttää kokemusta Camarillan hyväksi suoritetuista tehtävistä. Hahmo voisi esimerkiksi olla kotikaupunkinsa seriffi, jolla on syynsä lähteä etsimään uusia haasteita muualta; tai vaikkapa tuoreeltaan nimitetty Archon, jolla on tarve todistaa kelvollisuutensa.
