-This moonsilver collar and leash were constructed for intense and even forcible training, though they do bear certain uncomfortable similarities to the Slave Collar (WotLA, p.63). In addition to the training effect, it also allows for sharing the insights, opinions and moods of the trainer. It is made mostly of moonsilver, with orichalcum and starmetal engravings on each link of the leash's chain, and small runes of orichalcum on the collar. The trainer must commit 8 motes to the leash, and place the collar on the trainee.
